HUWISU wants to thank all the students who participated and made Summer Session 1 a great expereince! The friendships made have no borders and the memories made are endless.

The opportunity to study abroad can give students many benefits including improved language skills, self-esteem, friendships, immense exposure, and a home away from home. On the other hand, it poses challenges that students are forced to overcome. These include homesickness, struggle, difficulties in language, and culture shock. At HUWISU, we want to make this transition as easy as possible. Upon returning home, it is important to reflect on the time abroad and how each student was able to overcome these hurdles. HUWISU hopes that each student can take something valuble away from their time here and return home having achieved what they were looking for.

It was our pelasure to host all students and have enjoyed getting to know the students throughout their time. We wish all the students the best and always know they have friends here in Berlin.
